Used PS4 which one

Hi

Kids want a PS4, and am ideally looking for one with two controllers and FIFA 19.

Have seen the bundles for about £249, but am looking to save some money , so when buying used what do I need to look out for and what questions do I need to ask to ensure I get a good one if bought used.
