Has anyone bought any tech online from Grainger games?
Can't find anywhere which states what the listing is regarding their condition/grading, ie what they class as A/B/C etc.
Obviously in the shop you can view but I'm thinking of ordering online and it one says Used A, and another Used B. What is this though? CEX give a statement about their grading.
Also in the T&C on Grainger if you want to return, say I don't think it's good as described, they say you can, at your cost return, and they'll give you a return exchange voucher credit, not a refund. Is this allowed?
The iPad thinking of wasn't released until June 2017 so will still have some actual Apple warranty left, so any hardware/battery issues I should be able to get Apple to sort. Also I can't find what warranty Grainger give either.
I suspect the old website was better but this one is so lacking why they've launched with so little carry over from last is beyond me. |
