Skin Tag - Eye Lid

Hi All,

Pretty new here, I'm just seeking some advice if possible..

I have a rather large skin tag on my eyelid which isn't causing any discomfort, however it is noticeable and I want it removed in the best way possible.

I have tried applying Tea Tree Oil to the tag for over a month, as I heard that this will dry the tag up and cause it to drop off, however it is still there.

I've heard that putting dental floss around it and cutting off the blood supply will also have the same effect (I haven't tried this yet) however being on my eyelid is quite difficult to get string around it let alone leave it there for hours/days.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had one of these and how they managed to remove it. As I said it is rather large, I can supply a picture if required

It's against forum policy to hand out medical advice Chris, but welcome to the forums.  The best we can recommend is getting in touch with your GP and see what they advise, most will have a minor surgeries clinic that may be able to help.
