What's happened to Cadbury Shorties?

My OH has to deal with them daily and she really want's to go back to the days of speaking direct and having issue's fixed right away.
Now it is a complete nightmare of going around in circles and what took a few days is now taking weeks to resolve.

never seen these biscuits, but as a combo they work as I used to buy similar biscuits years ago from cheap corner shops and they always tasted lovely... they were lovely...

these kind of design (but longer) , and probably not even real chocolate either..!
