But I don't suppose anyone cares.  196 delegates and 150 heads of state and the UK in the process of shutting down its solar panel industry and putting the boot in on wind power.  But I suppose they aren't investing in nuclear power with any enthusiasm either.
Oh well.  But they have set a date for closing all coal fired power stations.  So I suppose that is one way of forcing a world standard energy efficiency on everyone- no electricity.
But I digress.  COP 21 we are going to save the planet. Yay!
