Resonator delete on a VW that’s still under warranty

Guessing that this is slightly niche but I was wondering if deleting the resonators in a new car’s exhaust by fitting a new pipe would void any warranty?

I’m not doing it for performance gains as there are aren’t any but just improve the exhaust note.

Anyone done so under warranty?
