P1180 = Fuel filter heater malfunction. Possible causes are wiring or heater element.
38008 is glow plug fault,
P2452 58 Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor Hose Line Malfunction... This refers to the pressure sensor hose that runs from the dpf to the pressure sensor, it usually melts, the melted hose can usually be found where the pipe coming from the dpf enters the engine bay, its a black plastic pipe and melts on the bend where it curves around the subframe, best tackled from below so you would need the car on ramps.
