If you can check your dark comedy hang-ups at the door, The Dentist II is a very funny movie.  Corbin Bernsen is a riot as the maniacal Dr. Feinstone. It's impossible not to be slightly upset when he performs his trademark novocaine-free tooth drilling, but you must take it in good humor.  The final scene is especially funny, and epitomizes how not serious this funny albeit gory movie is.
