It would have been a beautiful Christmas story, but I could not make out most of the words Kristin Chenoweth (Katherine) said. She spoke too quickly and slurred her words so badly that they were lost at the end of her sentences. Her voice sounded squeaky and unclear. That dampened the movie for me. She had an excellent singing voice, but an awful speaking voice, and the movie was mostly conversational, so it did make a difference. Scott Wolf and the new Christmas song "When Angels Land" were outstanding.
