Waste of time

I would have rated it a 10/10, had the movie would have been made in a short video of 10 mins flat considering the message it gave was appreciable. Extraordinary talent used to make the movie dead slow. Too many casts created with fantastic actors who all got few seconds of dialogue/screen time in entire movie. Overall it was a complete waste of time. Even after having so many good actors I fail to find any moment or dialogue or scene which I found distinguish to mention and appreciate.
