I haven't watched a reality show since Real World Hawaii with Ruthie. I don't like cooking shows because they don't do their own prep and it's too much to keep up with making the recipes seem insanely complicated. This show is so real it's awesome. Selena is a self-proclaimed novice in the kitchen and that's evidenced by her actions. This is not a all a dig on Selena. I mess up things in the kitchen all the time and her mishaps add to the real element of the show. I love cooking and baking. I don't even eat meat (my family does) and I'm dying to try my hand at the Korean BBQ breakfast tacos. BRAVO on a fun, realistic cooking show where you doing your own prep, cooking and cleaning (with a little help from friends and family). That's reality!
