It's the late 80's, you are riding your bike through a typical suburban township, and are being followed by a creepy guy in a sedan...well thats close to the feeling of this film. Terry O'Quinn plays, in what I can remember from watching this when it was first released, a man with some....issues. He wants to be the model American dad, that is until something goes wrong, like an argument, or the fact he can't remember his name. Watching this movie, and later understanding it was in fact loosely based on factual events of a serial killer, I realized what makes this movie so good to the horror fans is that it can happen. Terry portrays a man who slashes his way through families to find the right one, all along the way assuming different identities to cover up his bloody trail. If you like serial killer films, simple gore and blood, simple plots, and creepy guys who need to come in touch with there feelings, this movie is perfect! Kudos to Terry O'Quinn for a job well done acting the lead role of this violent killer flick.
