Didn't see the scene that was depicted on the cover art. Sea Beast is one of the better SyFy movies out there, and I've seen a few of them. The creatures were done well, not big budget well though. For this type of movie, the acting was above average, mostly. I'd recommend this, but don't expect a big budget affair.
