A great drama role from one of the best actors in my opinion Christian Slater! Some very somber and powerful emotions involved; wonderfully written too. I absolutely love high school type movies, everything that occurs in them is entertaining to me. The chemistry between Samatha Mathis and Christian Slater is so good and charming. Some important aspects about lonely people that struggle in daily life, I relate especially in my case being autistic. Pump Up the Volume is great, not as known as it could be though.
