I wanted it to be funny and entertaining but it wasn't. It felt like everybody hates Chris but it wasn't. Usually the first episode is great but they didn't spend much time writing jokes . The hopping around Rock's age was annoying and made me want to turn the channel. Also, interviewing what I guess is an aged Rock was painful. I would have preferred for a fake/real story that was amusing and was narrated by Rock. Can you smell what the Rock has eaten? But no, they went with can you tell that the Rock is hungry. If you like that joke, then you will love this show. I guess if you love the Rock, you're in, but as an actor, he's not very good and the show was written poorly.
