For some silly reason, I watch and enjoy this show, even though it irritates me at times. The part I don't like is the so-called "hidden camera" part of the show where the prospective buyers come in and nag and verbally tear apart the possessions and the colors of the furnishings and don't even say anything about the house!! They will spend precious time complaining about the color of the sofa, and not notice anything about the plumbing, the electrical wiring, does the roof leak, does the house have termites or important things like that. I know that when I go to an open house, I DO NOT make snide remarks about the homeowners furnishings. I have enough brains to know that the homeowners are going to take everything in the house with them when they move out. This is an American version of "House Doctor" that is shown on BBCAmerica, except this show has a female hostess and a male decorator whereas the British show has the opposite.
