I love this show, despite taking it with a grain of salt. Everybody has said it...but it is true people cannot see a house for the clutter, etc.
The open house people might be actors/plants.
BUT....I think this show inspires people to raise their homes to a new level. I personally have been on a home improvement kick inspired by this.
Advice for improvement....Stop painting around plug-in and light switch plates. It makes it look unprofessional and would ruin the idea that somebody took care of this house...Maybe put that in an episode!
And yes, maybe throw in some advice about inspecting....maybe a special episode?
Or better yet, how about a show from the buyers' point of view? Including that inspection? If you make money on that, send me my cut!
