By the beginning of the third episode, you realize that this is not a mystery about a missing person or murder. This is actually about how we live in a time when people who make their living off being internet celebrities are basically narcissistic, sick, sad creatures whose lives are so pathetically empty that they revel in retracing the steps of an unknown woman who died a tragic death for their own online career advancement. They are desperate, pathetic souls who gleefully tread the ill-fated woman's last steps like they are navigating an Escape Room. The only redeeming past of the docuseries is knowing that the real subjects of the series, these wannabe celebrities, must feel such humiliation and embarrassment upon realizing what they actually signed up for. Not too clever now, are you?
