Starts of good because of the kids are acting very well. The music really makes this series and is breath taking. It's just prefect. It took me 3 episodes to get me the feeling for the series. The whole palace thing was a bit boring. Every time we were in the palace some actors, female or male looked alike and I got confused. Who is betraying who here? Is this because i am European and all Chinese look alike to us, I asked myself (ashamed for the answer)? But in my defence, almost all wear the same clothing and all chambers they are in look alike. And this is the first time I saw a Korean series. The romance non-romance in the beginning between the characters is funny. And it's continuing in the first episodes. Then it's becoming sweet and you hope for more. The village characters are making the comedy relief and it is heart warming to see they are with them when the main characters need there friends.

Some gaps in the writing. For example, finding out in one episode she can read. But in the episode before she reads from a book.

I am very happy I spend two days with these characters. This series has learned me to slap one in it's face to collect me some firewood and then we can move one to a next level.

10/10 for excellent acting form this great cast
