Good potential but awful shallow judges

A great premise for a talent show and a really creative and skilled cohort of young MUAs, but oh my, what a hideous group of self important, shallow. They are rude (just to big up their own role), to the point of bullying.
No need. That world (where seniors belittle juniors for their own amusement) is - and should - die off ASAP.
