Captures the magic of family

As an Aussie Dad of 4 and 7-year old daughters I feel like this show was made for me. It captures the everyday, real life experience of being in a family with young kids. It's so refreshing to have a show that derives its entertainment value from the challenges and joys of real life - rather than the now so common approach of concocting wildly flung storylines with absurd characters that have all sorts of powers and abilities - exciting but totally unrealistic.

I find almost all kids TV these days a real drag to watch, with this series as an absolute exception. I love gathering the family around to relate to what's on this show. It also gives us a lot of ideas of games and little jokes we can include in our own family time.
