Very funny and way ahead of electronic inventions

The Gadget series started in 1983. It was way ahead of time on modern electronics.

Gadget has electronic parts that stretch like hands, arms and legs made of metal coil. He could fly with propellers from his hat. Gadget could pull a cord on his coat and it will fill like a balloon and elevate him into the air.

His car changes into different mechanical type cars where the wheels stretched high and he could roll over other cars and not touch them.

Gadget could talk in to his hand like a phone. Penny his niece has a computer like laptop. She also had a watch that shows pictures and one that she could communicate with like a wireless radio or phone. The dog Brain also has a wireless head set to hear Penny and help Gadget.

This series is funny. Gadget does not see anything dangerous that is coming. He mis-interpets things around him and his description is so out of it. His niece Penny and Brain are really the crime solvers and he does stop criminals usually by accident.

At the end of each show there is good advice for kids and parents about safety.
