Bird Box with Camera

Hello everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read. So I’ve been bought a bird nesting box with a camera. It connects to via a green cable, the size of a coaxial cable with small pins (sorry I don’t know the correct name for it) into a connector on a scart lead, which also plugs into the wall socket for power. My TV doesn’t have Scart input, so I bought at Scart to HD converter. I then also had to get a HD splitter due to lack of inputs. Long story short, it’s connected and we have seen a bird that sleeps in there overnight.

I have a Panasonic Viera TV, linked to my router by wi-fi which the bird box is connected to and we see the picture on. My question is:

Is there anyway I can view the bird box feed away from the home?

Your TV won't have any sort of streaming ability. You'd need to connect the bird box to a different device with the ability to stream across the internet and stream or output to your TV.

I'm not sure about off the shelf products, there may be something targeted at the gaming market that can stream an input as well as outputting it to a display.

Or you could use a PC equipped with a video capture device.
