Trigger module

hi I need someone to point me in the right direction, I am looking for a trigger module that I can plug into my Yamaha rxa3050 receiver to power on 12v fans and I am getting lost on what to buy ?
Thanks

Are you basically wanting a relay? e.g. when it receives the 12v from the trigger it will close the relay and start the fans. You' could use a standard automotive relay and a 12v power supply. you'd also need a trigger cable (2 pole 3.5mm plug). Connect pin 85 to the negative of the trigger, 86 to the positive of the trigger, 30 to the positve of the 12v supply and 87 to the positive of the fans. Negative of the fan goes to negative of the 12v supply.

The current output of the trigger is not enough to power fans hence the need for a relay with seperate power supply.

Thanks exactly what I need, I thought I could find a ready made unit but this will do till I can figure out a thermostatically control for the final install

This will do thermostatic temperature control, wire the relay inline with the power supply to the fans.
