What is this item called?

Okay, i'm really not sure the best place to post this...

In my living room I have satellite cable coming through the wall and there is a little white plug thing that it passes through 'sealing' the hole around this...

Anyone know what it's called?

We're decorating and I'd really like to try and find a chrome one... anyone know whether such a thing exists?!
