Looking advice for audio set up for meeting space
Hi all. First Post! Or Hodor... I think the internet dictates I say.Suspect this isn't in the right section, but no harm in trying!
I've been asked a favour from someone, to help them set up a room for a meeting space. Think more "town hall" meeting than 'meeting room', anywhere from a few dozen to a hundred people all gathered around, standing, listening to a couple of people speaking.
Can anyone give me a hand with roughly what gear would be needed?
Obviously, Microphones, and speakers.. what else would be needed?
Sorry for my naivety! Well if they just talking no visuals no screen or projectors
couple bits of staging so people can see them
lecturn for notes
lecturn mic or radio mic
sound mixer with built in amp and cables
couple pairs of speakers with stands depending on number of people
and you should be good to go nice easy simple setup
