Know nothing about camping but the Vango Airbeam tents in my local outdoor centre look amazing.
Even I might be able to put it up. Very pricy though

Go on camping uk web site and see what owners are reporting back. Pearsonly you be better of saving the cash and buying a standard pole tent. Most are very easy to put up at half the cost. Have read about air tents having faulty tubes which needed replacing but that was when they first came out, might be better now.

Are you needing a 6 man tent for 6 people or just to give space for two to stand up in? whats your budget? how long are you expecting your tent to last? have you camped before? do you have a tow bar? Also pitch size restrictions? I know some festivals can be quite restrictive.

As a family of 6we do what I call comfy camping, whilst others consider it glamping I feel far from glamorous on arrival day! there's so much more to camping (even at festivals) than just the tent, there is bed, bedding, lighting, cooking gear and a sense of humour too.

I strongly advise against buying an own brand tent from tesco or Argos, second hand is hit or miss depending on how honest a seller is and would advise against buying an old polyester tent.

If you want a cosy tent that is quick to pitch and will last you years (so long as you dry it properly before storing) a cotton bell tent or pyramid tent would be ideal although not cheap. You can get cheaper polyester equivalent but to stop condensation you need to keep vents open 24/7 or another option is an old fashioned canvas frame tent, they really aren't that bad to pitch and you can get amazing bargains on local selling sites.

During my 'trying everything' time we bought a 1970's 6 person frame tent 10 Best Frame Tents Providing Stable Construction for 2017-2018 and first outing (without testing how waterproof it was at home) we had a horrendous storm, there was condensation on the poles but the 40 year old canvas kept us dry.

What ever you get pitch it in the garden and weather test it.
