Great win for England today but would have felt better if we had beaten Australia as well.Lets hope they go on top better things, but better even so if the Lions selectors can now pick from a better pool of players
Bad luck to Wales , that is one ****** result too many.

After the crazy decision making of the last two games, finally a mature performance that bodes very well for the future.
Being able to make the right calls under pressure is what won England the World Cup in 2003 (plus a few good players!).
Very good to see that even after the setback of leaking two tries straight after half-time, they went back to their game plan which worked well.It would have been too easy for England to go back into their shells at that point which would have been fatal with so long left on the clock.
In truth we should have been even further ahead at half-time as the NZ try came from a penalty that never was!
World Cup draw is next week, isn't it?!

Well done England especially against that arrogant bunch.

That was particularly painful for us, we were actually hoping for a win, but once again, the Aussies break our hearts in the last few minutes. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 What's more, poor Halfpenny was stretchered off with a serious injury.
At least the retiring Aussie legend missed the penalty! //static.avforums.com/styles/avf/smilies/clap.gif

I hope so indeed as well!
This year really shows how much of a rollercoaster the Welsh game can be, from the dizzy heights of a Grand Slam in the Northern Hemisphere (in which I think there was an element of luck this time) to the doldrums against the major Southern Hemisphere sides.
I think losing Warren Gatland as coach straight after the GS didn't help, either. What was Rob Howley teaching our heroes, for God's sake?

Have to say I'm more than a little gutted at the Wales game. We had it for the winning and handed it back to Australia. I just hope to God Halfpenny is OK. Dreading the next few weeks for all the Welsh regions - the injury situation is desperate now. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
BUT - got to say - really well done England. That was some performance. I think NZ were a different team to the one that played Wales last week - 9 & 10 both below par. Take nothing away from England though. absolutely brilliant. Especially when they went from 15-0 to 15-14 in about 10 minutes, I thought they would have folded. Terrific!

Well done England, great performance. Pleased to see that lot humbled, as good as they are!
