SPOTY was the thing about which I was typing. It's a sham of shame.

I think it lost all credibility since:

Hmmm, whilst I am an admirer of Giggs, winning when he did left me a little bemused to say the least!!

Why? It's amazing what can happen with a bit of organised voting.
Anyway, back to the current year. Wiggins should win it, & if it wasn't for the recurrent uncertainty over cycling feats I'm sure he'd be a runaway winner.
As for Murray, I think he's a close second. It's a bit unfair to say he has no personality, I think he's a decent & amusing guy, just not everyone's cup-of-tea.

That would depend on whether or not the Beeb think you are worthy.

I think Rob Huff should win it after 7 years he finally got his world championship but suppose being an Olympic year id say it would be Wiggins he has had a good year.

If you have to google someone I don't think they will win! (I don't know who he is either)

I'm not sure that even if he was well known that winning what is effectively a three car championship (WTCC) is that big of an achievement in comparison to the others in the list.
As for my top 3...
1.) Wiggins
2.) Farrah
3.) Ennis

Although Wiggins achievements are great, will the BBC want to risk giving an award to someone from a sport with so many cheaters.
Andy Murray would get my vote
