I can get ratty on the course when the play is really slow. I let it get to me and stop concentrating. I also don't really like playing practice rounds...I much prefer competition where you really have to think about each and every shot. Keeps your game sharp and I suppose more reflects the handicap you play to.....although sometimes I think I should be nearer 20 with some of the crap shots I play.

Any of you keep a track on your handicap through HowDidiDo ?? My club uses it with the computerised competition scoring system they use and it's quite a nifty website.

i use the iphone app, but mainly for keeping statistics etc, i use it as rangefinder when i play on other courses, which it does a good enough job at. dont really fancy paying 2 - 3 hundred quid on a rangefinder!!
