Disappointed too as I 3 putted the last green for a bogey where a par would have been enough for the win on a count back data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Cheers pal, it came as a surprise as you usually need 41 points to get into the top 10 at our club.....I think the windy conditions kept the scoring higher than usually.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Got bitten by the golf bug last year!
Wanted to take it up, never stepped onto a course before and was promptly told to get some lessons before I did!Wife bought 6 x 30 mins lessons which I had between Feb and April 2011, then started playing most Sunday's with a couple of friends who are members of a local club.
Quickly broke 100, then 90 and now consistently playing to an "unofficial" handicap of 18.I'm just about to become a member and looking at the last few cards, I think they'll give me a handicap somewhere between 16 to 18.
Wife has bought me three more lessons last Christmas and I'll use those soon as I'm starting to develop a pull with my irons and still useless with my Hybrid.
Have TaylorMade Superfast 2.0 driver, 5 wood and 5 hybrid and a set of Ping G10's that have been custom fitted (purple and 1/2" shorter).
Hoping to work this summer on consistency and course management rather than set a specific handicap target.
