Is this the Sony Smartwatch 4?

I just caught a Sony promo video for CES 2016 and my little eye caught an image on screen that lasted no more than a few frames of video (fraction of second) which I wondered could be the yet to be announced Smartwatch 4.

I took a screenshot and zoomed in.    Looks good if it is.
