Apple Watch Calories Dropped in Workout
https://www.avforums.com/attachments/image-jpeg.726821/ Has anyone noticed their calories are tracking much lower than previously?Sunday 12th June I did:
Indoor cycle. Total time - 10 mins 8 secs. Active calories 61. Avg heart rate 111 bpm
Indoor run. Total time - 8 mins 8 secs. Active calories 80. Avg heart rate 163 bpm
Monday 13th June:
Outdoor walk 1.30 miles. Total time - 21 mins 3 secs. Active calories 108. Avg heart rate 116 bpm
Then I notice it tracking lower:
Tuesday 14th June:
Indoor cycle. Total time - 12 mins 16 secs. Active calories 32. Avg heart rate 87 bpm
Indoor run. Total time - 7 mins 8 secs. Active calories 24. Avg heart rate 140 bpm
Wednesday 15th June
Outdoor walk 1.27 miles. Total time - 23 mins 40 secs. Active calories 45. Avg heart rate 127 bpm
So ever since Tuesday, my calories are tracking much lower than they ever had - any ideas?
I've done no updates to the iOS as have been running 9.3.2 and watch 2.2.1 since it was released. I've sussed the issue. I was testing out a Fitbit I had bought and when I logged into the Fitbit app, I put in dummy data. Hence my weight was just dummy data at something like 4 stone. I've deleted that app and just done a run etc and all back to normal. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Glad you got it sorted!
However I still think the active calories side of things is over estimating. Saying that I don't know your specific weight, but I still find it to be the case. Thanks. I've found the calories to be pretty much spot on for me, in that it matches the machines I use in the gym.
