Apple HealthKit data
This isn't an Apple Watch specific question, hence the new thread.What can I do with all the Health data I am gathering via HealthKit apps?
I am getting data from my Watch/iPhone, as well as sleep data from a Hello Sense and weight/body composition data from a Withings scale. Is there any apps out there that can put this together and make any comments/recommendations on my health? There are no exact guidelines for all this. This is why, for most, smart health monitoring is pointless. Lots of data but no realistic way of using it for benefit. You can use it in conjunction with something like myfitnesspal if you want to monitor your food intake, calories burned etc. It really depends on how you want to use it.
