Surface 3 Flixster video ultraviolet stuttering

Anyone have a surface 3 base model (Atom and 2Gb RAM), and have any videos in the Flixster app using ultraviolet codes?

I'm on Windows 10 using the Flixster desktop app and every video stutters. I've downloaded them as was hoping to use offline for holiday.

I've tried logging in/out, restarting, re-installing, downloading to the Class 10 microSD, to the internal memory, tried a HD and SD version on numerous different files, but they all stutter.

All other videos play smooth, from iTunes, my own, via the MS Films and TV app, video bought from MS store etc.

Can someone try please, really disappointed as been building my library up in ultraviolet/Flixster

No one got a surface 3 base model? No one got any UV/Flixster movies?

I'd even be willing to buy a code off eBay to add to your Flixster account and send me a video test?

Every Flixster/UV I have stutters,downloaded or streamed, in the SD card or internal drive.

I've tried same videos on Mac and it's the same. I've tried on iPhone and iPad, and perfect?

What do I do if I encounter an issue playing back my content from the Flixster Website on my PC or MAC?

All updated on the surface 3, flash etc to. All they say is that and good WiFi, these are downloaded though onto the S3, and then contact support, which I already have and they were woeful in trying to help. Restart, reinstall....
