Tablet LCD HDMI Controller Board
HiI've been everywhere on the web for an answer for this, so i really hope that theres someone in here that can help me.
I recently got a hold of and old ASUS Tablet, which doesnt work anymore, because of a low quality battery.
But the I read about controller boards with power plug and HDMI/VGA/DVI input, BUT!...
I havent been able to find one for my panel.
My question is, can i use some other connector board, or is it a lost cause?
My panels model no. BA070WS1-200
I've found a connector for BA070WS1-100, but according to the seller, they are not compatible.
I really hope someone can help
Thanks!
- Jon I suspect you'd need the exact replacement board.
But why go to that bother when you can buy a new Android tablet so cheaply these days? Because i wanted to use the LCD screen as a fieldmonitor for my camera, and insted of using hundreds of dollar buying one, i was hoping i could revitalize the old tablet, instead of just chucking it out. I don't know about your country but here in the UK new Android tablets start from around £50. It's the same in Denmark, "my country", but that's not the point.
I have never seen or heard of a tablet with HDMI input, which is what i need to receive the input from my external recorder. You won't find one.
Any commercially available one's that have HDMI sockets are outputs for feeding to a larger screen.
