Hi i need help with creating Vr videos

Hi im after some help im helping a friend with a buisness and one of the things that is needed is to be able to make Vr videos. now i have never done or delt with vr at all and im after some adivce.

Whats a good camera setup to use and whats the best and easyiest program to use.

Worked on a project for a client a few weeks back. We went with an Insta 360 one X. All seemed to work well and we could see a low latency preview via an iPad.

Thanks for the info Hillskill il have a look into the insta 360. Might sound like a odd question but any idea what kind of plastic they are made from? the project i have is all about eco friendly things and ive been told my camera needs to be as eco friendly as possible.
