We just use nylon rope.On long runs it might be a bit thicker for when the guys get overzealous pulling new stuff in data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Would any of these: Moulded & Weatherproof Boxes - Meeting IP66, IP67 and IP56 Glands work? There's a variety of sizes available and you will just need to remove the internal connection block to give you room to connect through the Cat 6.

The WK 1210B might work, but the others aren't deep enough to drill a 40mm hole in the side. The other issue is it already has knockouts for M20/25 and expanding one to M40 would likely compromise the knockout next to it.

Yes, I saw one had a 32mm knockout and some space around it.
Take your time with drilling it and I think you would be OK.

I can't seem to see one with an M32 knock out?

That could work! thanks data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
I guess just drill a 40mm hole and then put the ducting through it and silicone into place? Shame there isn't an M40 adapter like the M20/25 ones. 25mm Black PVC Male Adaptors with Locknut

@Puntoboy I ran my cable earlier this year to a detached garage from the house. I did not have a straight path so used flexible, heavy duty pond hose ██ BLACK ██CORRUGATED FLEXIBLE POND HOSE PUMP GARDEN PIPE TUBE FISH MARINE FLEXI| eBay
A few tips based on my experience...
1. Get your cable in the conduit before laying and hiding.
2. If corrugated, lay the length out as straight as possible. Even the smallest snag can hinder pulling the cable through.
3. I got some builders line as the draw string. Tayler Tools High Visibility Builders Line Orange360m It’s not easy getting it through the length of pipe. I tied a ball of cotton wool to the line and poking up one end of the pipe. I connected a strong dyson vacuum cleaner to other sealing with gaffer tape. It took ages, but managed to suck the cotton wool and string through 30m of hose. Got stuck once or twice but eventually got it through. This made it easier to thenslowly and very carefully bring my fibre cables up. Would have been easier with 2 people.
4. I used some wiska boxes and drilled my own holes. Sealed with silicon sealer.
5. Consider laying a reserve cable. Once down, you wont be able to pull another even if you left a draw string.
Here a few pic of mine. I used a 40mm waste pipe to bring the cable out of the house, down under the path at the side of the house into the pond hose.
Hope this helps and good luck!
