Any ideas of what else to install on server?

I'm always looking for new things to install on my ubuntu server and recently saw someone here recommend pi-hole which I installed and it's great but then it got me thinking of what else people might have that I am missing I already have plex, owncloud, openvpn amongst other things but does anyone have any other programs they run on their servers/NAS?

But normally you put a server in place to perform a task, not find tasks for a sever, just because its there.
