Upgrade from Q6600 based Machine

Hi
Currently running an old system (Spec below)
Antec 1200 case
Asus Rampage Formula motherboardATX PCI Express 2.0 x 16
Overclocked Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 - 3.6GHZ pc -
4Gb ram
Windows 11
680 watt power supply.
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series 4gb 400mhz    270x

Got the GPU last year as it was crawling. It's got to the stage now where its very unresponsive. The system is probably 10 years old now apart from the GPU and Windowsit's still running all the original equipment.
It's used for WOW

I'm looking to upgrade but Can I keep the Case, Power Supply, HDD's and the GPU and just change Motherboard, Processor and Ram ?
Don't mind 2nd hand - Maybe better to just get a whole new 2nd hand system ?
Budget £200.

Thanks

Yeah, the form factor standards haven't changed in years, and while the power supply spec has been tweaked it's for things like new low power states and an old PSU is still compatible.

You don't list the drives so I can't say whether there'll be compatible. SATA drives should be fine, although if you don't have an SSD then that's worth looking into.
