Damaged cpu

Damaged cpu on my technomate satellite box. The thermal glue was so hard i could not get it off. Had to take a dremel to it

Wonder if this cpu is done, going to test it tomorrow

What can I expect to see as will just bin it if no good.

Bx was rebooting costantlywith overheating
