have had a pc for a while now and have decided to upgrade it System Builder - Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core, GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB Dual Series, 200R ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker that is what I have came up with just wondering will these build work fine when assembled?

Go for Windows 10 retail, not OEM. It's virtually the same cost but you can transfer it to future machines.

The list is missing an SSD, it doesn't make much sense to buy a fairly high end CPU and GPU and then only have a hard drive.

That's a fairly big case and takes ATX motherboards, it's not limited to Micro ATX. While MicroATX will work fine, you may wish to look at smaller cases to save a bit of room or ATX motherboards to get three more expansion slots.

From what I remember the 2700X comes with the Wraith Prism which is an improvement on the old Wraith Max so buying one of those seems pointless.

I don't see any compatibility issues though.

Thank you very much I do intend on buying an ssd, only reason I'm using that case is because I already have it do you have any other motherboards you could recommend? Also will I be able to run most games at max settings playing at 1080p?
