Normally you'd expect a drive that small to be an SSD and have windows installed on it but that's not the case here. It's a very odd setup, and it makes you wonder if someone has messed around with the machine before it got to you. It’s actually listed on their website.
Been back to Currys and the guy couldn’t understand why the OS hasnt been installed on the smaller faster SSD drive.
I’ll have to wait till Monday to get in touch with Levono. Not sure what the point of the extra SSD drive is. https://www.avforums.com/attachments/9480dd41-602a-4a9d-843e-7653b275af51-jpeg.1104661/ Yep, ideally the OS should be on the smaller (faster) disk. 2 options for you:
1) reformat both disks and do a fresh Windows install on the SSD disk.
Or
2) Take the PC back to Curry’s and either ask them to do 1) or give you a new PC correctly setup, preferably the latter. I’ve accidentally ejected the SSD and can’t find it in Windows Explorer or Disk Management.
Not sure why an internal drive would have the option to be ejected https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/joypixels/[email protected]/png/64/2639.png
I’ve reset Windows and it still doesn’t appear.
Totally fed up now I'd be tempted to just sort it myself with a fresh install of Windows. As you've obviously got the next configuration up from the one you bought any sort of replacement is likely to downgrade you to one without an SSD, which will leave you in a worse situation than you are now. Picking up an exchange PC from Currys
