Do a Google image search for things like "smartphone oled screenburn" and other things that people mistake for faultsthat is actually screenburn. A lot of smartphones have got screenburn and I forget which one would have to research to find it out again. One of the Apple Iphones a paticular model had it really bad that the media caught on about it having dodgy screens. They never called it screenburn I dont think but thats what it looked like in the pics.
Edit: Doubt it will be a disaster or they wouldn't do it. I expect tho that them laptops will have a unusually high failure rate of there screens when compared to most other laptops in screen faults. I really dont understand this.... a lap top commonly has a small screen ? 15"? To then have 4k on such a small screen seems lost. Are we going to really see such a differance? For the cost it just seems like gimik The OLED screens themselves will look better than the 4K res I believe. OLED screens, specially small ones like phones/tablets use can look very good. It will also save battery power will it not? OLEDS don't use as much power since they do not have a backlight i believe. I can see oled being a good point but the need for 4K on such a small screen seems nonsensical.
