Everything massive on laptop

I've turned my son's laptop on and everything is massive... icons, taskbar, cursor. The resolution ia set to 1366x768 and the icons are set to small but everything is still huge. I think he was messing around with the settings last time he was on it playing roblox but he can't remember what he did. What has he done and how can I fix it?

Try pressing thekey and pressing the 0 (zero) key and that should set Windows zoom back to 100%

Mark.

I tried that, it didn't work.

Click on any blank area of the desktop
hold down thekey and roll the mousewheel

I tried that too. Even with the icons shrunk all the way, they were still big and in the middle of the screen and the taskbar and cursor were still huge.

If you are running windows 10,
start, settings
system
ease of access
reset "make everything bigger" to 100%

or start settings
display
change "scale and layout"

These should be similar settings to windows 7 and 8

Thank you. It's all back to normal now. The scale had been custom set!
