Starting up issues

Hi guys,
I'm new here and I love this forum so far, hope someone will be able to help me with my issue.
I have a desktop pc with an Asus v gene as mb,16gb ram at 1600mhz corsair, intel 3570k as cpu, corsair 750 as psu and an nvidia gtx 980ti,western digital blue 500th hd.
Since January I'm experiencing some random issues.
At the begin the pc was shutting down when I was playing about after 10 mins,
So thought it was a temperature issue and I've bought a tower fan for my cpu and applied some new paste on it,then I made sure I had the last Windows 10 build and updates and the latest nvidia drivers,I also updated the bios version of my mb all successful and with no errors, also I think is worth mentioning that I clean my pc inside every month with a little brush just to make sure is always in good shape and run antivirus and defrag every month too.
After I did all this pc been running fine till about 3 weeks ago where I had this same issue as today, which is that I go to turn thepower on and press the power button, everything comes on but the pc don't make the usual beep sound and the screen stays black until I press the reset button, then after 5 seconds the pc shut itself off for another 5 seconds and then comes back on its own, without pressing anything
,it makes the beep sound and all fine, it loads Windows up with no error logs or anything,as nothing happens then it works fine for about 3 weeks and today again randomly it did it again, only thing today I had to reset it twice but then came in just fine and working as a charm.
Any help on this one please?sorry for the long post but I thought giving all details would have been better.
Manu thanks

No post beep issue could well be down to MB chip issue,PSU not providing the correct conditions for boot or a RAM issue. For now I would check that all the cables are seating properly, also the RAM modules, as you might have dislodged something in one in your monthly cleanups. Then keep your eye on it and let us know what is happening.

Ok,I'll do that and I will keep you updated, psu is only 6 years old and ram I updated them quite recently they are 3 years old but I'll definitely check if all cables are well pushed in.
Thanks a lot

Sadly the age of the product has little bearing on failures, but here's to praying it's nothing major. On the issue of your cleaning, you should be doing so with an antistatic wrist strap on, attached to an earth,so as not to cause any issues, inadvertently, through static discharge, which can damage delicate items such as your MB, CPU and RAM without you knowing so. Even a brush can build up static, so its best dealt with by touching it to a metallic earthed item beforehand and waring the said strap so any static you've built up is also discharged to earth/ground before touching anything inside your PC.
