This system is about 4 years old and several generation of intel processor old - it would have been a premium product at the time, however it is worth about £350-£400, most of that price is due to the high end card which will play most older games at high settings. Playing at “max settings” is highly variabledepends on screen resolution ?1080p 4K? 8k? Texture settings etc.
The hard drive is relatively valueless and the i5 4960k is ok performer in this system. In the end it is worth whatever someone will pay for it.

Well, and what games you want to play at maximum settings? If 5-year-old games, then yeah, I think you can run them pretty well. But the latest ones? I don't think so. And if yes, your FPS will be low.
