Ideal Size PC Screen
For sitting about 25inches away, what would be the biggest appropriate size ?Currently have a 32" 720p TV and looking into getting a monitor instead I don't have any personal experience but I'd expect it to depend on how you use it. A big screen is going to be much more usable if you're turning your head to use apps open on different parts of the screen than trying to take in a single view across the whole of the screen.
Are you using your current 32" at that distance already? If so then the only monitors that'll be taller are the 3840x2160 non-retina ones (i.e. 40/43/49"). All the ultra-wide screens with diagonals in the thirties and forties are a similar height or shorter than a 32" 16:9 screen. Yes using the 32 at about 25 inches.
Got this one in mind...

BUT. It looks too " wide " and not high enough. I like a nice square screen.
Plus it's an extra £100 just for 2inches
