Which of these 2 PC's? Or something else?

I'm looking to get a new PC mainly for Microsoft Office, no gaming at all. I have some VBA heavy files so want it to be reasonably quick. I know nothing about current PC's so which of the below is best? They are both a similar price at just under £600, with the bottom one being slightly cheaper. Which should I choose, or is something else better?

Both are rather lopsided builds with expensive CPUs but only single channel memory. And I've no idea why you'd have such an old graphics card in the second one, it's slower than the integrated graphics on the i5-9600k.

Plus the storage setup is marginal. A 250GB SSD is £25 and a 1TB HDD is £35, so you're only saving £20 off the cost of a 1TB SSD.

I haven't looked it up but I'm guessing those are advertised on either Ebay or Amazon market? Lots of sellers on there are happy to cut corners like this.

You're better off dropping the CPU model down £30 or so and going for a more rounded build. Dual channel memory, full SSD. I'd also look for 16GB of memory because it's only £30 more than 8GB, well worth it on a £600 PC.
