"Media City Lights" A new AV show featuring night photography, HDR & Video.
A couple of weeks ago we tried this in Liverpool, but used completely wrong camera settings. This time, using tripods & ISO set to a max of 800, & A instead of iA, we went to Media City in Salford Quays. For those non Brits, Salford Quays is a redundant inner city docks at the end of the Manchester Ship Canal, which runs from Liverpool to Manchester, that has been up-dated to a shopping/living/technology park where the major TV companies have studios & has become a mecca for photographers. We go regularly to the free BBC Symphony concerts. This time we stayed behind to take pictures. This has resulted in an AV show. There are a couple of typos in the show, Tokyo is spelled Toykyo, & the YouTube blurb names it "Media City Nights" instead of Media City Lights, a mix up with one of the music tracks. Enjoy!https://www.avforums.com/attachments/me7-jpg.1200814/ This was our old stomping grounds before emigrating to North Wales. In those days the Media City did not exist but we visited the Lowry and the shopping mall often. This is just round the corner from where I live and I often use it when testing out a new camera/video camera.I shot my first 1080 50p and 4K 30p here.Great for night-time shots as your content shows. Thanks Kevo.
I re-did the show yesterday, cut out some of the stills in the mall, edited one of the videos & re-hashed the music, put the last track first & visa versa, looks & sound much better now IMO.
